COVID-19 Impact on Services

The South African Governments announcement of a total national Lock-down for a period of 21 days have necessitated the Arena Group and its subsidiaries to halt all services with immediate effect.

Arts & Crafts Arena is not regarded as essential services, and as such will not be able to provide in-person services like the play dates for kids, kiddies parties, adult social creative events or the corporate creative team events during this period.  We will at the same time not be able to make any deliveries across the country for online orders.  All Popup Stores and Craft Market events are also cancelled.

The Arena Team will engage with both our individual affected customers and approved retailers as soon as we are able to reschedule deliveries.

Customers are in the meantime encouraged to submit enquiries or do an online back-order to secure current available stock items.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience, and lets all support the efforts of our Government in combating the COVID-19 pandemic.
